Eligibility: This promotional offer (the "Special") is valid only for qualified new applicants who sign a minimum twelve (12) month residential lease agreement on any currently available floor plan at Cherokee Villas. 5 Weeks free will be credited to the resident's account strictly in two installments: A rent credit equal to two (2) weeks (14 days) of base rent will be applied to the first (1st) full calendar month of the lease term. A rent credit equal to three (3) weeks (21 days) of base rent will be applied to the second (2nd) full calendar month of the lease term.
